Kathleen Barfield
I joined the iNNOV8 team as a business advisor/consultant after retiring from 30+ years in the education industry, including 10+ years as Chief Administrative Officer of my own company, and 15+ years as a project/program manager, often of IT projects. I have an MBA and I specifically enjoy data analytics that inspire insights for improvement and growth. At iNNOV8 today, I support the business, project management and operations functions as we build a strong organizational platform that supports our superb team members and awesome clients.

Joshua Cervantes
I am a creative soul with over 15 years of experience working for nationwide brands in creative and design direction roles. I have been fortunate enough to work with iNNOV8 as a contract designer, and now, as part of their exceptional team. As Creative Director at iNNOV8, I bring a creative process to projects that range from marketing campaigns, web design, to full brand transformations. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying time with my kids, scoring goals on the soccer field, or looking for that perfect shot with my camera.
We’ve already seen what these two unique souls can do to help our clients with not only their digital goals but also creating a fully formed identity among their fields, so we know that they will only bring more and more to not only our future and current clients but to iNNOV8 as well.
