We understand that businesses run their branding and marketing around their budgets. Startups and small businesses can come to us knowing we will do our best to make a software product within their terms.
We work our hardest to guide businesses in the right direction, even if that means not working directly with us. We have business partners that may be a better fit for the need and the budget.
We know what being a small business means and what it means to work with local businesses. It matters where you start, so start with us! You shouldn’t be scared to hit the ground running if you’re working with the right people!
In-person meetings matter. Being within the same time zone matters. Having local developers in your office or within the same city can help a project move rapidly and smoothly compared to other development options.
At iNNOV8 Place, everything ‘WordPress’ is our forte. We offer WordPress theme customizations that are tailored to your business needs while keeping design and function in mind.
We love developing WordPress websites and modifying those currently on the market. This means we can design a theme which is precisely customized to your needs while saving you money. Let us transform your online business image by leveraging the best tools and technologies available to the WordPress community!
First things first, let's get to know each other a little better. At iNNOV8 Place, we like to set up ``Discovery Meetings`` to learn about you, your business and your goals. This is a way for us to better understand our fit for your need and consult on potential content and planning. Each business operates differently as do their customers. Let us help you figure out your image and your audience, so you can make that great first impression!
Once we've gotten to know each other, we can start the process of planning and organizing. With a firm understanding of the work needed to get to the finish line, we will build a sitemap, user stories and documentation for your use, as well as ours. It helps keep the project managed and focused. The more organized and focused, the better!
Once a contract is signed and in place, we will begin work! We will work through design options and layouts. With this, we have an approval process to keep things in order. Once a design is approved, we build it! Even through development, we like to keep our clients on board. We will set up a hosted server for you to view and approve changes.
Moving your content from your existing site into a new project can be time consuming and expensive if not done properly. We offer options to make this task easier on you and your business. Moving from one platform to another can cause issues if not planned for. Nearly every website we've created has had content to migrate. Let us be your experts!
Launching a site is always exciting! Once we have gone through all the pages, checked the mobile responsiveness and functionality, it's go-time. Of course, we offer the option to learn the ins and outs of your new website. Training our client's staff to take over the site is one option, or we offer maintenance for continued security, updates, and content changes.

She also has experience with SEO and eCommerce. She loves being able to have direct communication with the client to ensure their website is exactly what they want. When she’s not at work, Alex spends most of her time exploring downtown’s hidden gems, being an aunt to her two-year-old niece, and watching way too many superhero shows. If Stefanie let her, she’d accept payment in the form of tacos and margaritas.
