AHIA

The Challenge: An Ineffective and Unstable System

AHIA’s old website and agent portal were inefficient and unreliable. They relied on cPanel for updates, which introduced significant security risks. Additionally, their agent portal demanded a high level of manual effort—every report had to be packaged and uploaded individually. Thus leading to inefficiencies and wasted time on their end.
The company needed a modernized and tailored digital solution that could integrate with AgencyBloc, its existing system. However, due to the limitations of AgencyBloc’s API, real-time data retrieval and automation were not possible, hindering operational efficiency.

The Solution: Full Digital Overhaul

iNNOV8 Place tackled the transformation in two key phases. First, they redesigned and rebuilt the website to enhance security and improve usability for visitors. The second phase focused on overhauling the agent portal to improve its functionality and ease of use.
Since AgencyBloc’s API could not support real-time integration, an alternative solution was developed. Instead of real-time synchronization, a structured manual update system was implemented. AHIA’s team could now export data from AgencyBloc as a CSV file and upload it to the new portal. This approach ensured that agent-specific information was systematically organized, reducing the need for hands-on intervention.

What Was Built: An Optimized Agent Portal

The new portal wasn’t just a redesign—it was a complete system overhaul aimed at maximizing efficiency. Secure, hidden folders on the server were created for CSV uploads and an admin panel was introduced to simplify file management. Agents could log in and effortlessly access their contracts and commission statements. Additional features like printing, exporting, saving, filtering, and sorting enhanced the data-handling experience.

Admin Capabilities and Enhanced Agent Features

Admins were equipped with tools to streamline communication and content management. They could post notices for agents and leverage custom post types to efficiently add podcasts, videos, and resource links. Agents also gained the ability to personalize their profiles with quick links, enhancing their navigation experience. Security was a top priority throughout the transformation. Access was restricted exclusively to agents and admins, with role-based permissions ensuring that only authorized personnel could modify specific sections of the site.

The Results: An Efficient, Contemporary System

The transformation delivered substantial improvements. The time spent on manual reporting was drastically reduced, security vulnerabilities were minimized, and both admins and agents could now work without technical roadblocks. AHIA now had a modern, user-friendly portal that provided the functionality and efficiency it had long sought.

Conclusion: A Framework for Digital Innovation

By taking a structured approach and overcoming the limitations of AgencyBloc’s API, iNNOV8 Place successfully upgraded AHIA’s outdated system into a high-performance platform. The result was a secure, efficient, and intuitive system that significantly improved workflow and usability. iNNOV8’s actions and solutions highlight the value of tailored digital solutions in overcoming technical limitations and optimizing business operations.
